Ruth V. Swigart

age 86 of Kettering, died Tuesday, Sept. 26, 2000. She was a member of Far Hills Baptist Church. Ruth was a 1933 graduate of Centerville High School and a member of the All State Basketball team. Preceded in death by a twin sister, Ruby Hubler in 1980 and a brother, Herman Weidner in 1988. Survived by her husband of 62 years, Horace ''Tiny'' Swigart; a son, Fred (Judy) of Centerville; grandchildren, Steve, David, Teresa and Chris; 5 great granddaughters; and 6 great grandsons. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Saturday in the Routsong Funeral Home, 81 N. Main St., Centerville with Rev. Edward Doolin officiating. Burial in David's Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3-5:00 P.M. and 7-9:00 P.M. on Friday in the funeral home. If desired, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, Montgomery County Unit, 40 S.
