Sarah Elizabeth Perry

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Sarah Elizabeth “Sarah Suzie Q” Perry, age 17, of Springfield, Ohio, who left this world on July 29, 2025. Born on December 30, 2007, Sarah was a vibrant and loving daughter, sister, and friend, whose spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Sarah was a dedicated student at Southeastern Sr/Jr High School, where she consistently achieved academic excellence and proudly maintained her place on the Honor Roll. Alongside her studies, she was employed at Wendy’s on Ridge Rd. in Springfield, Ohio, where she found joy in working alongside her siblings and sister-in-law, forming lasting friendships with her coworkers.

A cherished member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Sarah held a profound love for her Savior, which resonated in her kind and gentle demeanor. She possessed a radiant personality, characterized by her bubbly nature and artistic talents. Whether it was through her beautiful artwork or her infectious smile, Sarah had an extraordinary ability to light up any room. She will be remembered for her striking blue eyes, endearing freckles, and her tender heart.

Sarah is welcomed into the presence of her beloved Grandpa Ralph, Grandma Myrtle, Grandpa Harvey, Aunt Dawna, Aunt Cheree, Aunt Jan, and many others who cherished her during their time on Earth.

She is survived by her devoted parents, Thomas and Angela Perry; her Grandmother Dianne Cluff; her siblings: Katheran Stewart (Kasey), Jessica Ouldhouse (Joe), Laura Kolan (Cody), Thomas Perry II (Sarah), Brandon Jeppson (Andrea), Justin Jeppson, Lance Jeppson, Ashley Jeppson, Jaden Jeppson, and Katie Jeppson; as well as numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Sarah was deeply loved, and her absence will be felt immensely by all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A Celebration of Life service will be held in honor of Sarah’s memory in the coming weeks. Details regarding the date and location will be shared shortly.
