THOMAS, Shirley R., Age 72, of Trotwood passed away Sunday, Jan. 20, 2008 at her residence. Shirley was preceded in death by her parents; Kirk & Minnie Scott and one sister Margaret Hawkins. Shirley is survived by her husband of 55 years, James C. Thomas, 1 daughter and son-in-law; Robbie (Alan) Herner of Dayton, OH, 3 grandchildren; Jimmy, Robin and Tommy, 1 sister & brother-in-law; Evelyn (Gene) Withers of Dayton, OH, 2 brothers and sisters-in-law; Walter (Shirley) Scott and Mitchell (Margaret) Scott both of Cookeville, TN., 1 brother-in-law; Willie Hawkins of Kettering, OH, 1 sister-in-law; Rachel Thomas of Brookville, OH and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held 4 PM Thursday at the Routsong Funeral Home, 8 N. Main Street, Centerville, OH with Rev. Sue Hamilton officiating.
