Suzanne Dohner

DOHNER, Suzanne (nee Bland), age 95, of Centerville, OH passed away on Saturday, March 4, 2023. Suzanne was born on January 24, 1928 in Piqua, OH.

She graduated from Fairview High School in 1946 and attended Miami University in Oxford, OH, where she was a member of the Delta Delta Delta Sorority. At Miami University she met and married Norman Dohner. She assisted Norman in the accounting firm that he founded and was his wife and companion until his death in 2018. Suzanne was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed friends and family, traveling, and reading all types of fiction.

Suzanne was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Florence (nee King) Bland. She is survived by her loving son Robert (Kathryn) Dohner; daughter Linda (Brian) Stephens; grandchildren Robert (Kelly) Stephens, Karen (Eric) Eberly, and Julia Dohner; and 4 great-grandchildren.

The family will be holding private services. They would like to extend their deepest gratitude to the staffs of Hospice of Dayton and Bethany Village for all the wonderful and compassionate care they gave to Suzanne.
