Tamantha L. Mantia

MANTIA, Tamantha L., age 37, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2004. She was a 1986 graduate of Fairmont High School. Tamantha was a graduate of Sinclair Community College receiving her Associate’s degree. She worked as a respiratory therapist at Children’s Medical Center and Dayton area nursing homes. Preceded in death by her grandmother, Inez Ellis in 1987. Survived by her husband of 15 years, David Mantia; two daughters, Susan Marie Mantia and Jennifer Nicole Mantia; parents, Tim and Wanda Fox; brothers, Tim and Teddy Fox; sister, Tiffany Fox; grandmother, Viola Fox. All services are private. Burial in Valleyview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children’s Medical Center, c/o Respiratory Therapy Dept. 1 Children’s Plaza Dayton, OH 45404.
