Velma Jane Adrian

ADRIAN, Velma Jane (Tresenrider), age 97, formerly of Dayton, OH passed away Friday, Jan. 6, 2023. Born in Columbus, she was a High School graduate of Lash High School in Zanesville, OH. She lived in Zanesville, Coshocton, Dayton OH and Harrodsburg, KY and lived and vacationed in Ft. Myers Beach, FL. Jane was a talented homemaker and seamstress and was an active Bridge Club member in Dayton. After moving to Harrodsburg, she joined the United Presbyterian Church and actively participated in the choir demonstrating her vocal talent and love of music. She was a very devoted family member who loved her children deeply, warm weather, walks on the beach, shopping, caring for others and showed a gift for decorating and color schemes. (Talented interior decorator?) Preceding her in death were parents, Albert and Ethel Tresenrider; husband, Charles R.; her sister, brothers, and spouses; a nephew; and infant grandson.

Jane is survived by sons, Charles (Lois), Keith (Benita), Kurt (Doreen); daughter, Joanna (Anthony Williamitis) Kreisman-Williamitis; grandchildren, Anthony (Stacey) West, Kathryn Adrian, Andrew (Christina), Adam (Danielle), Alan, Austin (Melissa), Jake, Ben (Tabitha) and Dylan Swinford; and several great grandchildren. The family will receive family and friends from 10AM-12PM on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Routsong Funeral Home, 2100 E. Stroop Road, Kettering, OH. Funeral service will be at noon, followed by burial at David’s Cemetery.

Mom was a beautiful soul who will be missed in the hearts and minds of her family and friends and will be remembered in special ways by each of us.
