BIGELOW, Walter Hill "Walt", age 93, of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at Brookdale of Oakwood. Walt was born to the late Warnie and Estel (Bell) Bigelow in Montgomery, AL on September 24, 1930.

He served in the United States Air Force from 1951-1955, where he worked up the ranks to Staff Sergeant. After serving, he earned his Bachelor of Arts from Lynchburg College in Virginia. Walt enjoyed traveling, fine dining and listening to classical music. He always rooted for OSU football and never missed a home game.
