Christian, Yvonne Annette “Vonnie”, age 71, of Groveport, OH, formerly of Coal Grove, OH, passed away on May 19, 2024.

Yvonne was born in Ironton, OH, on June 23, 1952, to the late Curtis Wray Christian Sr. and Anna Elizabeth (Besco) Christian. She graduated from Dawson-Bryant High School and was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Yvonne dedicated her life to nursing for 37 years. After retiring in 2020, she devoted her time to supporting dog rescues, where she met her beloved companions, Chewey and Maddy.

Yvonne is survived by her children, Scott (Mary Dee) and Sean (Janet) Brown; her four grandchildren, Megan, Lindsay, Kathleen, and Christian Brown; and her brother, Curtis Christian Jr. (Linda Lloyd). She also leaves behind many cherished friends.

The family wishes to extend special thanks to Traditions of Beavercreek Memory Care and Hospice of Dayton for their support during Yvonne’s final months and days.
